The London Bar Chocolate Martini
3 oz Absolut Vanilla
2 oz Godiva Caramel
1 oz Fresh Melted Chocolate Sauce
A Pinch of sea salt

Mix Absolut Vanilla and Godiva Caramel. Add chocolate sauce and shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a pinch of sea salt.

2.5 oz Pisco 100
2.5 oz Pisco 100 Passion Fruit Mix
0.5 oz Goji Himalayan Liqueur From Trade Fair Liqueur
Dash of Angostura Bitters

Mix Pisco 100 & Passion Fruit Mix in a mixing glass. Shake vigorously then strain into a martini glass. Pour Red Goji Berries on top. Garnish with a swirl of bitters in foam.
