Crustacean Beverly Hills Reopens with 10 million dollar Remodel and Signature dishes

Beverly Hills (Spiritsman) 3/22/18/–Crustacean Beverly Hills the famous Euro-Vietnamese restaurant in Beverly Hills on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd and Bedford Reopened March 13, 2018 with $10 million dollar remodel and redesign . The Euro-Vietnamese restaurant Crustacean Beverly Hills originally opened in 1997, and is known for chef-owner Helene An’s signature garlic noodles .
The new remodeled Crustacean is actually two restaurants: The downstairs restaurant has a new redesign look with brushed grey slate wooden floors, with partial see through glass floor fish aquarium bright white opaque walls 3 new bar stations one grand bar with high ceiling stalked tall and full with complimenting flowers as guests enter restaurant.
New seating includes plush pale pink and grey velvet chairs and open plush grey velvet booths near bar and new entrance on Bedford Drive. The new remodeled dining area also has privacy sections that can be enclosed.
The new menu, includes some of the favorite dishes An is famous for The Secret Kitchen Garlic noodles, Garlic Roasted Crab.
New dishes include Vegan Crab Cake made from Hearts of Palm served with spicy aioli and other vegetarian favorites Karate salad, Kung Pao Eggplant , Baby Spinach garlic sauce Chablis, Tumeric Cauliflower and Brussels sprouts ;
Other diner favorites for meat lovers include the roasted bone marrow burgundy escargot and pepper lime, braised lamb dumpling with Japanese sweet potatoe, butternut squash puffed rice ,
Himalayan salt block steak , steak sizzles on the 800 degree salt block cooked to your perfection, and Snake river farms American Wagyu “Bo Kho” beef stew.
Signature Cocktail HighTea Penicillin Black Tea infused Chivas blend Scotch, ginger syrup, honey, lemon juice , Black Tea and Lavender Cloud.
The remodeled also includes the upstairs which is second restaurant. This is an ultra exclusive invite-only, restaurant called Da Lat Rose, named after the city in Southern Vietnam where An grew up, it is scheduled to open in May.
