HIGH QUALITY DRINKS WITH A TOUCH OF CITRUS

Chicago (Spiristman) 10/26/17/–A new cocktail experience recently came to our attention and as their advertising blurb states “The perfect cocktail, every time,anywhere.” The brand ws created by a couple of industry veterans. Charles Joly is a well respected master mixologist, and Matt Lindner is a veteran of the Chicago bar scene.

All the cocktails are gluten free and after trying them pretty consistently for a couple of weeks I found them perfectly balanced with a strong presence of citrus flavors. There are four cocktails-Moscow Mule, Southside, Paloma and their latest creation, The Gold Rush. It goes without saying that these cocktails taste a lot better chilled. I was also impressed with the packaging of the drinks, and all you have to do is open the bottle and pour over fresh ice. The Miami based company keeps the drinks at 17.5% alcohol and I will certainly be keen to find out about their new creations. The drinks have also been given top ratings by the Beverage Tasting Institute and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The Moscow Mule consists of the fresh tasting house made ginger beer combined with bright citrus and craft vodka. Of course you have To have this in the copper mug and add a lime wheel and fresh mint. The Southside is citrus and mint added to custom distilled gin for a refreshing cocktail. The Paloma is a house made grapefruit soda combined with blanco tequila, and the Gold Rush features Bourbon with rich honey and lemon blended with aromatic bitters.
