Tia Maria Dark Liqueur (SRP: $23.99 for a 750mL or $29.99 1L) is a coffee liqueur made with natural Madagascar vanilla, the finest fresh Arabica coffee roasted to perfection and complemented with a touch of Jamaican rum. Its originality and versatility can be rediscovered in many combinations. It can be sipped on its own over ice or added it into one of the delicious cocktails below. Cheers!

Jalisco Café:

  • 3/4 oz Tia Maria® Dark Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz Anejo tequila
  • 1/2 oz Croft Reserve Tawny Porto
  • 1 oz Espresso
  • Garnish: Coffee beans
  • Glass: Martini glass
  • Preparation: Add all ingredients into mixing glass. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans.

 

 

 

 Coco Maria

  • 1 oz Tia Maria® Dark Liqueur
  • 1 oz Coconut rum
  • 4 oz Hot chocolate (very hot)
  • Garnish: Whipped cream and Cinnamon
  • Glass: Coffee mug
  • Preparation: Combine all ingredients in coffee mug and stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon.

 

 

 Hot Nutty Bee

  • 1 oz Tia Maria® Dark Liqueur
  • 1 oz Disaronno
  • 2 oz Steamed Half & Half (very hot)
  • Garnish: Coffee beans or nutmeg
  • Glass: Mug or snifter
  • Preparation: Combine ingredients in mug or snifter. Garnish with coffee beans or nutmeg.
